What goes in
Eight waste types, handled right
Keep metals, concrete and green waste out of the general bin and they are sorted at our own recycling centre rather than dumped, which costs less to process. Green waste becomes mulch, concrete becomes road base, metals go back into circulation. It is the biggest thing you control about your own quote.

Same-day for builders, often within a couple of hours of the call. Everyone else, give us 24 hours where you can. We run multiple trucks across Cairns daily. Collections are the one job that can slip to the next day when the run is full, and we will tell you straight.
The standard hire period is up to 7 days. Need longer? We are flexible with extra days, and in most cases can extend the hire at a small additional cost. Finished early? Call us and we will collect it.
Pricing depends on the bin size and the type of waste going in. Call and talk it through with our team and we will quote a bin suited to your exact job. Separating waste types often works out cheaper than mixing.
Yes, as long as it does not block pedestrian access. A council car park needs a permit arranged before delivery, such as the parking bays in the Cairns CBD. A driveway or lawn is the easiest spot.
Yes. Some of our bins open on the short end so you can walk large items straight in, or push a wheelbarrow in and tip it out. Close the door and keep loading smaller items over the sides.
Because weight runs out before space does. Soil, rock, concrete, brick and tile are dense, so a 6m³ bin full of rubble is over the limit long before it looks full. Rule of thumb: if a bucket of the stuff would be heavy to carry, it belongs in a small bin. Light and bulky material like timber, packaging and green waste is the opposite, so size up.
Ring us and we will swap it. Full bin off, empty bin down in the same spot, same run. Do not load above the top rail to make it fit, because an overloaded bin is illegal to transport and the driver has to leave it behind. See swap or collect for what we need from you.
