Give us at least 24 hours notice where you can. Our drivers and fleet are set up to chase same-day delivery whenever demand allows, and the same time frames apply to pick-ups once your bin is full.
The standard hire period is up to 7 days. Need longer? We are flexible with extra days, and in most cases can extend the hire at a small additional cost. Finished early? Call us and we will collect it.
Pricing depends on the bin size and the type of waste going in. Call and talk it through with our team and we will quote a bin suited to your exact job. Separating waste types often works out cheaper than mixing.
Yes, as long as it does not block pedestrian access. Some councils and locations require permits, such as parking bays in the Cairns CBD, so organise those before delivery.
Yes. Most of our bins open on the short end so you can walk large items straight in, or push a wheelbarrow in and tip it out. Close the door and keep loading smaller items over the sides.
